Plans and pricing

Three formats, one curriculum

The five modules stay the same across formats. What changes is pacing, group size and how much direct feedback a coordinator receives. Pricing depends on team size and format, and is confirmed during an introductory conversation rather than published as a fixed rate.

Self-Paced Modules

Individual coordinator

Recorded walkthroughs and downloadable templates for each of the five modules, worked through at the coordinator's own pace.

  • Five recorded module walkthroughs
  • Brief, on-page and audit templates
  • Written email support during the module period
  • Suggested for a single coordinator or small team

Live Cohort Training

Small group, scheduled sessions

A facilitator leads a small group of coordinators through all five modules across scheduled sessions, with feedback on real drafts.

  • Five live sessions, one per module
  • Direct feedback on briefs and drafts
  • Guided first quarterly audit
  • Shared workbook across the cohort
  • Suggested for teams of two to eight coordinators

In-House Intensive

On-site or remote, compressed schedule

All five modules delivered directly to one company's marketing team over a compressed schedule, working entirely on that team's own blog.

  • Sessions scheduled around the company calendar
  • Templates customized to existing tools
  • Full audit of the existing blog included
  • Suggested for larger marketing departments

Choosing a format

A few questions that usually settle it

Coordinators weighing the options tend to consider four things: how many people touch the blog, how quickly they want templates in hand, whether feedback on live drafts matters, and how the existing blog is currently performing.

A team publishing consistently but struggling with linking and structure often leans toward the live cohort format. A single coordinator building a blog from a smaller base sometimes prefers the self-paced option first, then revisits a live session later once there is more material to work with.

Common questions

Before you reach out

How is scheduling handled?

Live cohort dates are set once a group is confirmed. In-house intensives are scheduled directly with the requesting company, typically a few weeks out.

Is this remote or in person?

All three formats are available remotely. In-house intensives can also be arranged on-site depending on location and team size.

How is pricing quoted?

Pricing depends on group size, format and whether templates need customization for existing tools. A quote follows an introductory conversation.

Can formats be combined?

Some teams start with self-paced modules and later schedule a live session focused only on the quarterly audit process. This can be discussed directly.

Ready to describe your team's current setup?

A short conversation is usually enough to identify which format fits and what a rough timeline might look like.
